KLAUNER’S NEW RETAIL COUNTER PART 1

Klauner is thrilled to announce the arrival of its new sales counter at the company’s headquarter’s in Steinsel. Part of the company’s overall modernisation process, the changing of the retail space is part of the company’s overall rebrand and essential to the new physical and digital sales process.

The changing of the retail space will improve customer experience and simplify interaction between Klauner sales specialists and the consumer. The new counter is part of a new direction for Klauner that embraces the following points:

  • Improved customer experience when browsing for parts
  • More accurate representation of the parts and brands that Klauner carries
  • Improved customer access to Klauner sales staff
  • There will be both a physical and digital representation of the new Toolshed – with a hard focus on Hazet and KS Tools brands
  • The counter marks the beginning of a major overhaul of the retail space – many highlights to come.

NOW WE HAVE A PHYSICAL SPACE TO INTEGRATE THAT EXPERIENCE AS WELL. WE ARE THRILLED TO BE TAKING THIS FIRST STEP WITH A BELGIAN FATHER & SON BUSINESS."

Counter is purchased from a Father and Son business from Belgium who specialize in unique, hard to fit projects. In future the new Klauner retail space will include a place for B2C browsing as well as a place for coffee or soft drinks and a more convenient space to interact with Klauner experts.
